How do i use a wax melt?

You will need a wax melt burner. You place your melt on the top of the burner and place a tea light below. The wax melt will melt and your room will soon start smelling amazing!

How do i replace a wax melt?

The easiest way i have found to remove an old melt from a burner is to light a tea light under the burner as usual for about 30secs-1min to allow the bottom to melt then it should just slide right out. Then use either tissue or a cotton pad to remove the excess. You can also put your burner in the freezer for about 15 mins then, it should pop out. 

How do i use the plug in diffusers?

First you'll need to remove the lid from the refill, then just place the refill into the plug. Then, turn the dial on the front of the plug from 1-5 depending on how strong you'd like it. NEVER leave you plugin plugged in constantly or it could catch fire. 

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
